Eligibility for Returns

- The product must be in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
- The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- A clear unboxing video of the product must be provided to Lireen, demonstrating the damage upon receipt.
Contact us: To initiate a return, please contact Lireen customer support within 48 hours of receiving the damaged product. Provide them with your order number, a brief description of the damage, and attach the unboxing video.
Verification: Our team will review the unboxing video and assess the damage. If the damage is confirmed, you will receive a response via email.
Pick up: Carefully keep the product. Our courier partner will pick up the product from your premises.
Refund: Upon receiving the returned product in its original condition, Lireen will initiate a full refund to the original payment method.
Exceptions to Returns
Please note that returns will not be accepted for the following reasons:
- Dissatisfaction with product color or size
- Product damage caused by improper handling or wear and tear

Cancellation before Shipping
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact Lireen customer support immediately. We will process a full refund to the original payment method.
Cancellation after Shipping
Cancellations after the product has been shipped will not be accepted without a valid reason. Please provide a detailed explanation for your cancellation request to Lireen customer support. Our team will review your request and determine if a refund is applicable.
