Vendor Terms and Conditions

These Vendor Terms and Conditions outline the responsibilities and obligations of vendors working with Lireen. By partnering with Lireen, vendors agree to comply with the following terms:

Commission Rate

Lireen will deduct a 35% commission on each order placed through its platform. This commission will be automatically applied to the vendor’s payout.

Order Fulfillment
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Your content may be transferred unencrypted. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any part of the Service without our permission.
  • Failure to meet the 24-hour deadline may result in cancellation of the order or penalties as determined by Lireen.
Product Condition
  • Vendors must ensure that all products shipped to customers are in perfect condition, with no defects, damages, or discrepancies.
  • The product must match the listing on the website, including specifications such as color, size, and other described attributes. Any variance may result in penalties or return requests.
Unboxing Video Evidence
  • In cases where a customer reports a damaged product and provides an unboxing video as proof, the vendor must either:
  • Replace the damaged product with a new one at no additional cost to the customer; or
  • Issue a full refund to the customer within the time frame specified by Lireen.
Delivery Costs
  • The cost of delivery to the customer will be borne by Lireen.
  • In cases where the product is returned due to damage shown in the customer’s unboxing video, the vendor will be responsible for covering the return delivery charge.
Accurate Order Fulfillment
  • Vendors must ensure that the products shipped are exactly as listed on the website. This includes:
  • Correct size, color, material, and all other product specifications.
  • The product must be in perfect condition with no damages, tears, or defects.
  • Any discrepancies between the listed and shipped products will result in return requests and penalties.
Product Returns
  • Vendors must accept returns in line with Lireen’s return policy, especially in cases where the customer receives a damaged or incorrect item.
  • The vendor is responsible for covering the return costs if the damage is proven via unboxing video.
Right to Amend
  • Lireen reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice to the vendor.
  • Vendors will be informed of any changes through official communication channels, including email or the Vendor Portal.
Communication

Any important updates, changes, or notifications regarding orders, returns, or terms will be communicated to vendors through the registered email address or via the Vendor Portal. Vendors are responsible for ensuring they stay informed of all communications.

Quality Control

Lireen expects vendors to maintain high-quality control over the products they supply. Vendors must conduct thorough quality checks before dispatching products to customers.

Liability

Vendors are responsible for any damages, inaccuracies, or defects in the products they ship to customers. Lireen may seek reimbursement or impose penalties for any breach of these terms.

Termination

Lireen reserves the right to terminate the vendor’s account and partnership if the vendor repeatedly violates these Terms and Conditions or fails to meet the platform’s quality and service standards.

By working with Lireen, vendors acknowledge and agree to adhere to these Terms and Conditions. Any failure to comply may result in penalties, the suspension of the vendor account, or termination of the partnership.
