We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders within India typically arrive within 5-8 working days, depending on factors such as the shipping address, public holidays, and weather conditions. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 2 weeks, especially if the product is temporarily unavailable. In certain areas of Jammu Kashmir and North East India, delivery may take up to 10 working days.
Are there any additional shipping charges?
We offer free shipping on all Prepaid Orders. For Cash on Delivery orders, a charge of Rs 99 is applied as Cash on Delivery charges.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS containing a tracking code and link. If you have any questions or concerns, please email us at info@lireen.com.
Which courier companies do you use for delivery?
All our products are shipped via Delhivery, Xpressbees, Bluedart, and EcomExpress based on the pincode.
What happens if the tracking details show that the product has been delivered but I have not received it?
While this is a rare occurrence, it may happen if the product is received by family members, neighbors, flat mates, or delivered to the office mail room. In genuine cases where the customer has not received the product, we will conduct a thorough investigation and refund the full amount within 10 working days.
If you receive a delivery notification but have not received the product, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving the notification. We will promptly address the issue with our courier partner. After this timeframe, we may not be able to take action, and we will not be liable for any losses incurred.
All disputes are subject to Odisha jurisdiction.
